Pure steam generator

   
Summary  
Pure steam generator is one of important equipment using for tank , pipeline (SIP), filter and sterilized cabinet.Ultra-pure pyrogen-free pure steam generator produced byWatertown, according to WFI requirements of U.S Pharmacopoeia , EuropePharmacopoeia, Japan Pharmacopoeia and China Pharmacopoeia. The design andmanufacture submit to specification of pressure vessel , can be used to technics product line of food , pharmaceutical and biological gene engineering etc.

Working principle of PSG-S series pure steam generator :

Working flow chart of PSG-S pure steam generator as following : Through feed water pump , feed warer enters into the tube side of evaporator (they are connected ), level is cotnrolled by the level sensor and PLC . Industrial steam goes into the shell side of evaporator , heats for feed water to evaporation temperature in the tube side , feed water changes to steam , during the process of low speed and height of evaporator , the steam through the action of gravity , separated from the drop , then comes back to feed water and pre-evaporate , steam turns into pure steam , gets through a special clean mesh into the top of evaporator , then through output pipeline enters each distribution system and used point .

 

Through the regulation of industrial steam , puressure of pure steam is setted according to processing technique , keeps it stable at the value setted by user . During the evaporation process of feed water , control the supply of feed water through level , keep it in nnormal level .For the concentrate , can drain intermittently .

Working princinple of PSG-G series pure steam generator :

Working flow chart of PSG-G pure steam generator as following : Feed water is heating by plant steam in I effect evaporator , then enter into posterior II effect pre-heater , pre-heated by plant steam ; In the top of evaporator , after water separator , enters evaporation tube uniformly distributed , becomes film type stream in the evaporation tube ; Because very thin, so after evaporation , can become rebirth steam very quickly , the feed water which are un-evaporated drain out of machine .The rebirth steam , ascends in the evaporator spirally , outputs from pure steam outlet as pure steam after steam and water seperator . In the evaporator , pyrogen of plant steam absorbed by feed water condensates industrial steam condensate heating for pre-heater , pre-heat feed water discharges from outlet of pre-heater un-condensate . A little pure steam collected by sampler , change into distilled water after heating with cooling water ; check the quality according to the in-line test of conductivity .
After three times separation , feed water turns into rebirth steam which are clean .The first time evaporation , feed water enter evaporator , then flow , at the same time evaporates ;The evaporated feed water in the lower extreme of evaporator back turns , in the action of gravity , foreign matters separate in the under-part , this is the second separation time ; For the third time , the rebirth steam (evaporated feed water ) ascends in the evaporator spirally , separates in the middle and top special separator .
A portion of air in feed water can not condense , called uncondensable air , according to the automatica control degree , they can exhaust by device in the top of evaporator .

Difference between S type and G type pure steam generator

Separator mode : S type pure steam generator using mesh type separation mode , but G type using spiral plate type speration mode .
Product specification mode range : when large , S type is better , see product type list .
Pyrogen using for pre-heater : S type no pre-heater , but G type has .
Evaporation principle : S type is external circulatory evaporation , G type is film falling evaporation .
